Heidi's 13th Birthday
November 26



Heidi turned 13 on November 26. We rented a private room with a private pool in a place called San Fabian about 45 minutes form Urdaneta. The room was good for 8 persons. I took Barb, Heidi and her 6 friends, Monaliza, Railyn, Duriza, Melanie, Jaz Jaz, and Joan. Barb packed hotdogs, chips, drink, brownies, and even some Filipino food--adobo. I dropped them off at 9 in the evening and picked them up 24 hours later. They had a great time swimming and eating and swimming and eating. This all happened on Thursday night and all day Friday since her birthday was on Saturday. Then, on her birthday many of the young people came to the house and ate cake. We tried to make her 13th birthday special and one that she will always remember.
